『免责声明』
一：凡所有志愿者，应当严格注意和遵守安全规范。如在活动过程中因个人原因发生任何意外，环澳集团不承担任何连带责任。
二：凡志愿者任何个人发生任何民事责任或是刑事责任应当自负、自理承担，环澳集团与其他参与活动人员不承担任何连带责任。
三：凡志愿者在任何活动都需本着和睦相处、交流为主，不得恶言相对及因为任何事情起引起闹事、殴打行为。如发生不愉快应遵从活动组织方或志愿者管理人员劝解，若劝解无效，参与活动人员都有权报警，发生法律责任全由肇事者自行承担所有连带责任，组织者以及其他无关参与人员不负责任何连带责任。
四：对于志愿者个人，在活动中的行为引起暂未预见或已预见的相关刑事、民事、意外事故责任等，全由个人自行承担任何带来的连带后果，环澳集团或其他参与个人不承担任何连带责任。
五：任何个人参与组织所召集的志愿者活动都被视为已认可本『免责声明』，本『免责声明』未列出未能预见事故等发生事故则按『免责声明』第四条执行，反之亦然。
六：一经报名确认参加志愿者活动则视为默认本『免责声明』。其他未尽事宜，组织者有权补充和保留最终解释权。
【Disclaimer】
- All the volunteers must have strict attention and comply the safety specification. If any accidents happen during the event, AusTop does not assume any joint liabilities.
- All the volunteers must undertake their own risk for any civil and criminal liabilities; AusTop and others do not assume any joint liabilities.
iii. All the volunteers shall not involve in activities that harm the harmony, and anything that cause trouble and violence behavior. If it happens, participants need to follow the conciliation taken by organizer and volunteer manager. If the conciliation does not work, participants have the rights to call the police. The wrecker needs to responsible for all the legal liabilities, AusTop and others do not assume any joint liabilities.
- For individual volunteers, need to take self-responsible for all the criminal, civil, accident and joint liabilities that can be foresee or may not be foresee in the event. AusTop and others do not assume any joint liabilities.
- All the volunteers that participate in the event are deemed to have accepted this disclaimer. All the unforeseen accident during the event that have not being listed in this disclaimer, will execute according to rule iv, vice versa.
- Once confirming to participate in volunteer activities as regard as default this disclaimer. For other matters that not mentioned here, AusTop has the rights to supplement and reserves the final interpretation.
